Sample and Documentation Requirements for the submission of EACH Prepared Library sample
We recommend using Illumina supplied adaptors and oligos for preparing libraries. If less sample is available than the quantity specified below or if the quality is poorer than what is specified, please contact us to discuss alternatives. All Prepared Library Sample(s) should be resuspended in Nuclease free water or 10mM Tris-HCl pH 8.5 buffer. Be sure to include Completed Prepared Library Sample Submission Form with each sample submission.
DNA Prepared Library Sample
Sample Quality: A single product at ~300bp when analyzed on the DNA1000 chip of the Agilent 2100 Bioanalzyer. There should be no other peaks except the markers at 15 and 1500bp. All 13 points of the ladder should be distinctly identifiable.
Sample Documentation: Provide pdf printout of bionanalyzer results of the final Prepared Library(s). Provide sequences of adaptors and PCR primers and index primer(s) used (if intended for multiplex sequencing. The Prepared Library(s) must be compatible with sequencing primers and flowcell provided by Illumina. For Paired End Library(s), DNA insert only size must be stated on the form.
Sample Quantity: 30 uL at ≥ 10nM unless arranged otherwise on Service Agreement
mRNASeq Prepared Library Sample
Sample Quality: A single product at ~200bp or ~300bp when analyzed on the DNA1000 chip of the Agilent 2100 Bioanalzyer. There should be no other peaks except markers at 15bp and 1500bp. All 13 points of the ladder should be distinctly identifiable.
Sample Documentation: Provide pdf printout of bionanalyzer results. The Prepared Library(s) must be compatible with sequencing primers and flowcell provided by Illumina. Provide sequences of adaptors and PCR primers. Provide sequence(s) of index primer(s) used if intended for multiplex sequencing. For Paired End Library(s), cDNA insert only size must be stated on the form.
Sample Quantity: 25 uL at ≥ 10nM unless arranged otherwise on Service Agreement.
microRNA Prepared Library Sample
Sample Quality: Either a single product at ~100bp or two products at ~93bp and at ~100bp when analyzed on the DNA1000 chip of the Agilent 2100 Bioanalzyer. There should be no other peaks except markers at 15 and 1500bp. All 13 points of the ladder should be distinctly identifiable.
Sample Documentation: Provide pdf printout of bionanalyzer results. The Prepared Libraries must be compatible with sequencing primers and flowcell provided by Illumina. Provide sequences of adaptors and PCR primers. Provide sequences of indexed adaptor used if intended for multiplex sequencing.
Sample Quantity: 10 uL at ≥ 10nM unless arranged otherwise on Service Agreement.
