Title: Sales Representative

Eureka Genomics Corporation is a rapidly expanding biotechnology company that is focused on providing the very best in Next Generation Sequencing (high throughput sequencing) and advanced analysis of genomic data. Eureka Genomics, Hercules is seeking a full-time Sales Representative.

Essential Duties

• Cultivating new and existing relationships within the industry
• Driving the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, sales presentations / objection-handling and ultimate closure
• Achieving assigned annual sales quotas.

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in biology with at least two years experience in sales
• Experience with the Illumina next generation sequencing platform is desired but not mandatory
• Experience in selling bioinformatics solutions
• Ability to understand basic molecular biology
• Experience in selling some type of DNA sequencing /micro array is a plus
• Experience in next generation sequencing desirable
• Must be willing to work some weekends and off hours
• Self motivated and result oriented.
