Ship the samples by courier on dry ice to the address below. When shipping samples on dry ice, be sure to comply with the terms of your specific courier and refer to MSDS instructions when handling or shipping any chemical hazards.

Eureka Genomics accepts samples Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 4:30PM PST. No deliveries are accepted on weekends or holidays.

 with every shipment. Shipments lacking a completed Sample Submissiont Form will be delayed or refused.
