Individual samples: Load samples in individual 0.5 , 1.5, or 2mL micro-centrifuge tubes, close tightly, seal with parafilm, and place the tubes in a secondary container such that the sample tube/parafilm does not have direct contact with the dry ice. Ship the samples overnight by courier on dry ice to the address below. When shipping samples on dry ice, be sure to comply with the terms of your specific courier and refer to MSDS instructions when handling or shipping any chemical hazards.

Samples in multi-well plates: Load samples in the multi-well plate as instructed in the service agreement. Seal the plate such that no transfer of material between wells is possible. After loading and sealing the plate, centrifuge briefly to collect the material to the bottom of the wells, then freeze the plate keeping it horizontal such that all liquid freezes at the bottom of the wells. Place the plate in a secondary container such as a resealable plastic bag so that the plate/seal does not have direct contact with the dry ice. Ship the samples overnight by courier on dry ice to the address below. When shipping samples on dry ice, be sure to comply with the terms of your specific courier and refer to MSDS instructions when handling or shipping any chemical hazards.

Include a completed Sample Submission Form with every shipment. Shipments lacking a completed Sample Submissiont Form will be delayed or refused.
