Eureka Genomics Discovery platform
Eureka Genomics® has been using Next Generation Sequencing proprietary bioinformatics to develop novel molecular diagnostics since 2009. This is our DISCOVERY PLATFORM. As part of the discovery process, we are looking for microorganisms that are either unknown and/or unknown to be associated with cancers and infectious diseases.
We are currently working on biomarker discovery projects for the following conditions:
- Colorectal Cancer
- Preterm Birth
Over the next two years, we plan to initiate additional biomarker discovery projects in the areas of coronary diseases, cancer and organ transplants.
Eureka Genomics Genotyping platform
Since 2009, Eureka Genomics has been developing a set of novel genotyping assays. This is our GENOTYPING PLATFORM.
In 2012, we plan to bring to market the first set of genotyping assays focused on bovine and crop applications.
Eureka Genomics Minority Variants platform
Based on DHS Phase I & II awards, for minority variant-based fingerprinting of Bacillus anthracis, Eureka Genomics is developing diagnostic assays based on minority variants. This is our MINORITY VARIANTS PLATFORM.
We are currently working on drug resistance minority variants detection tests for:
- HIV
- HBV
- HCV
- MDR/XDR TB
